Provisional bookings will be held for 24 hours and will be confirmed by email after payment of the first nights stay has been received as a deposit.
We accept Debit and Credit Cards but not Business Credit Cards
Deposit is non refundable if  a booking is cancelled on day of arrival.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel a booking and receive a full refund of the deposit.
Rooms are available from 16:00pm and checkout on day of departure is 10:00am.
Sorry we are unable to allow pets in the Guest House
Children are welcome from the age of 12 and are charged as an adult
Pendrin Guest House is non – smoking anywhere in the building and must be strictly adhered to.
Breakages must be reported and may be charged
